Thank you for agreeing to speak at the upcoming Field Robotics Engineering Forum.

Below you will find important information concerning your participation at the conference.

To register for the conference, choose the Field Robotics Engineering Forum and select registration type “Speaker”.

Session Information

Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under your profile HERE.
We recommend that speakers arrive 90 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 30 minutes before their presentation.
Business attire is recommended for all speakers.

Presentation Materials

We will make session material available to Field Robotics Engineering Forum full conference attendees on a password protected website as downloadable PDFs.
Material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. Please submit your presentation by October 5, 2022.
Please also bring your PowerPoint on a jumpdrive to the conference as a backup.

AV Information

The Field Robotics Engineering Forum will supply an LED projector, screen and microphone. There will be a conference laptop in each session room.

Venue and Hotel Information

The Field Robotics Engineering Forum runs October 19-20, 2022 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Information regarding the hotel and travel to the Convention Center can be found HERE. The Field Robotics Engineering Forum team has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms near the convention center. If you have not reserved your room, book today before the hotels sell out.

Complimentary Conference Passes
