Yoshi Umeno

Yoshi Umeno is a Global Market Manager for robotics for Kollmorgen, a leader in motion control that produces motors and drives that mobilize nearly 1 million joints and robotic arms across the globe. He is a 17+ year expert in robotics and motion control with a diverse experience in a wide range of field applications including mining, construction, and agriculture. His responsibility in Kollmorgen includes long-term strategy development for further growth in the robotics market. Before joining Kollmorgen, he earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and had various leadership roles in sales, product management, operations, and marketing.
